  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Any items showing signs of use, wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage will not be eligible for a full refund

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned after use unless defective:

  • Prayer mats
  • Towels
  • Bathrobes
  • Any item explicitly marked as non-returnable

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return instructions

Returned items must be sent back only after approval.

4. Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not provide return pickup or prepaid return labels

You may choose any courier service of your preference to return the item.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the refund status
  • If the item is received in perfect, resellable condition, we will issue a 100% refund of the product value (excluding shipping)
  • If the item is returned damaged, used, incomplete, or not in original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

7. Final Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected
