📅 Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• All original packaging, tags, and contents must be intact

📦 Return Conditions

• Returns are only accepted if the product is in resellable condition

• Any signs of use, washing, damage, or missing items will result in rejection of the return

• For hygiene reasons, used bathrobes, towels, or opened items cannot be returned

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• We will inform you of the shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit

💳 Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection

• If approved, your refund will be issued via bank transfer

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Used, washed, or damaged products

• Items returned without original packaging or missing components

• Products returned after the 7-day return window
